If you wish to return your order then please ensure its in an original condition, refunds will be processed back to the same card used to make the purchase.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Amy Jane London reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our returns policy.
All goods must be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
LATE RETURNS
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 28 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 28 days may be returned to you.
SHIPPING COSTS
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Amy Jane London when sent back.
For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received.

Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment.
