NEED MORE HELP?
How do I find my order number?
As soon as your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details. You’ll find your order number there.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
We know how quickly favourites go, and while we don’t restock every style, you can sign up for a back-in-stock alert by selecting your size on the product page just in case it makes a return.
To stay in the loop (and catch those dreamy pieces before they’re gone again), be sure to follow us on socials and join our newsletter. That’s where all the magic happens first. 💌
Can I cancel my order?
We start preparing your order shortly after it’s placed, so if you need to cancel or make a change, please reach out ASAP.
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our very best to update it or issue a full refund. Just email
orders@amyjanelondon.co.uk with your order number.
Please note that cancellations or changes aren’t guaranteed once the order is in progress but we’ll always try our best for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express so you can shop your favourites with ease and peace of mind.
You can also check out securely with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or Shop Pay – whichever suits you best!
Do you offer price adjustments?
Our prices may change from time to time, and while we’d love to, we’re not able to offer adjustments on previous orders. Thank you for your kind understanding!
Can discounts be combined at checkout?
Only one discount can be applied per order. This includes promo codes, current or seasonal offers, and discount codes from your favourite content creators.
We recommend using the one that gives you the best value. Treat yourself wisely! ✨
What if I receive a damaged item or my package is lost or stolen?
We’re so sorry if something’s gone wrong. Your order should arrive in perfect condition, and anything less simply isn’t good enough.
If your item arrives damaged, or your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at
orders@amyjanelondon.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll look into it right away and do everything we can to make things right.
Who pays for customs, duties, and taxes?
Any customs fees, duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are issued by your local government and are not covered by Amy Jane London.
Since every country’s policies are a little different, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
