RETURNS

We want your order to be perfect so if you have any problems with your size or style please contact us at info@amyjanelondon.co.uk to speak with our returns team.

If you wish to return your order then please ensure its in an original condition, refunds will be processed back to the same card used to make the purchase.

Upon us receiving your returned goods, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed back to your account. 

Please ensure there is a NOTE stating your order number, name and reason for return inside the mailing bag with ALL TAGS ATTACHED and ensure your item is in a UNWORN CONDITION.  

Please note we only offer full refunds on new season styles for international orders. Final sale items can not be refunded. 

All goods must be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. 

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received.

  • The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. 
  • Please note, we do not accept back any items with the tags removed under any circumstances. Please make sure your item is in perfect condition upon arrival as once the tags are removed AMY JANE LONDON are not held responsible for the item.
  • SALE items are non refundable and can be returned for store credit or an exchange only.
  • Please add a written note in the parcel bag upon returning your item explaining what you would like and the return team will deal with your return or exchange accordingly.
